This workshop covers:

  • How yoga supports bone health
  • Step-by-step “how to” & practice of yoga postures that support balance and bone health
  • Handout for a simple at-home yoga practice to continue what you learned in the workshop

No flexibility or balance needed. All yoga postures are modified to meet you where you are, no matter your abilities. Chair options included. This workshop is appropriate for people with osteoporosis, osteopenia, as well as those wanting to improve balance and bone health.
