Celebrate Worship

Sundays at 10 a.m. in Oxford Hall

Celebrate Worship is a more contemporary service, led by a band and featuring Christian praise music, prayer, scripture reading, and a sermon.

We’ll have order of worship and the words to the music on the screen, feel free to sing as much as you feel comfortable. This service takes place in Oxford Hall and lasts about an hour.

Children are welcome to worship with us, and we have a nursery for the littlest ones on the first floor of the B-Building. Check with a greeter or usher when you arrive and they’ll point you in the right direction.

Sightlines

October 6 - November 3

When you look at the world, what do you see? To answer that question, we must consider our sightlines – what we are able to see given our place in the world.

Many things can block our sightlines. Challenges we face can keep us from seeing beyond what’s in front of us. Privilege can blind us to the realities of those who do not have such privileges. Presumptions about others may obstruct our vision when surveying the landscape of life. The hectic pace of life's demands can lead us to pass right by the presence of God among us.

The book of Exodus is filled with amazing stories that unfold on the basis of the characters' capacity (or incapacity) to see what is right before their eyes. Join us for this worship series as we explore the ways we see the Holy One working in our world.

Both of our worship services address the same weekly scripture throughout each series.
