Registration for 2026-27 Enrollment
Our annual registration period occurs each January for the upcoming school year:
- January 12-16: Registration for currently enrolled Half-Day Weekday School families
- January 20-23: Registration for prospective Half-Day Weekday School families
- After the registration windows close, any additional interested applicants can register for the waitlist

- Waitlisted families will be contacted if a space becomes available after the initial commitments are returned beginning in March through the 2026-27 school year.
To be eligible to register:
- Children must be at least 12 months of age by 8/31/26. Registrations for children who do not meet this minimum age requirement will be returned.
- All age level immunizations must be up to date. Exemptions or delays to vaccination are not accepted.
Waitlists are created after registration closes and remain active for the school year. Parents cannot preregister for a future school year.
Letters of intent will be emailed to families who registered January 12-23 on February 13, and commitments are due by March 2.

Transitional Kindergarten (TK)
Eligibility Requirements: Successful completion of a 4-year-old class, eligible for kindergarten, and deemed to be in the best interest of the child by the Weekday School and parents.

An annual curriculum enrichment fee will be charged to all students for our Specials (Godly Play Faith Development, Music, Art & Science, and Literacy).

Registration Fee
A non-refundable registration fee of $125/student is required. The fee is nonrefundable whether your child enrolls, is placed on a waiting list, or declines. Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Tip: Because many employers have firewalls that prevent online payments, please use a personal computer, tablet, or smartphone to register.
Letters of Intent
Letters of intent will be emailed to all successfully registered and waitlisted families on February 13. To secure a space offered, signed letters of intent must be returned with the first month’s tuition prepayment by March 2.
Teacher and Classroom Assignments
Teacher and classroom assignments will be communicated to parents in August.
Priority For Enrollment

- Currently enrolled Half-Day Weekday School students
- Siblings of currently enrolled Half-Day Weekday School students
- Myers Park Presbyterian Church members not currently enrolled
- Currently enrolled Full-Day Weekday School students who have been enrolled at least 12 months
- Myers Park Presbyterian Church non-members
Waitlisted Families
Families for whom there is no immediate space available will be placed on the appropriate waiting list for the current school year in order of registration date and time. Waitlists do not carry over to the next school year. Because the waiting lists are created after the registration window closes each January, interested families cannot preregister for the waiting list.
Should space become available, you will be contacted regarding the opening and asked to complete a letter of intent to attend and submit the first month’s tuition to accept the space.
Group tours take place in October, November, December, and January, ahead of the registration window. Tours are not required for enrollment.
