December Recipe: Chicken Noodle Soup and Pizza Monkey Bread
- 1 Container of Mirepoix (Celery, Onions, Carrots Cut- you can buy already cut!)
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Container of Chicken broth or Stock
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
- 2 cups egg noodles (or your favorite noodle)
1 can of refrigerated biscuits (of any kind), 3 ounces pepperoni pieces, 2 tbs melted butter, 2 tbs olive oil, 1 tsp italian seasoning and 1 teaspoons minced garlic and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese shredded. Marinara for dipping sauce.
*Bundt pan and pam spray.
