We are excited to announce that we will be partnering with Little Buddy Yoga this year! Little Buddy Yoga incorporates music, storytelling, and creative play into their yoga to engage the children. This program aims to connect the child’s mind, body, and spirit to facilitate learning. Children will learn basic yoga terminology, a variety of poses, and meditation techniques. Fun with Fitness will also give your child an early start in the understanding of playing team sports. They will learn sports such as soccer, basketball, relay and structured games to teach your children basic skills in ball-handling, agility, and hand-eye coordination.
Ages 3-5 (by start of session)
Monday/Wednesday: 12:30-1:30 p.m.
Tuesday/Thursday: 12:30-1:30 p.m.
