Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies and stroller-age children. It includes power walking or jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercises. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it’s a great workout for moms of all fitness levels. Get in shape, meet other moms, and have fun with your little ones!
